SureLC is a single repository that manages all aspects of your licensing and contracting needs. It is a program we are offering free of charge.

It provides you up-to-date licensing statuses for each state license you maintain, as well as up to date contracting status with your carrier partners. SureLC integrates with NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry) so you have up-to-the-minute information right on your desktop.

Getting started takes 10-15 minutes to complete from start to finish, including the uploading your required documents. Please contact us should you encounter any problems or call our contracting department at 800.992.2642.

Q:
Do I need a scanner to use online contracting?

A:
No. If you do not have a scanner, you can fax the forms to 913.661.6010. If you do have a scanner, you can email the forms to contracts@creativemarketing.net.


Q:
Do I have to download and maintain software on my computer desktop?

A:
Yes and No. Yes, you have to download a program on to your desktop. This program is web-based and small in size, so it will not bog down your hard drive. The only information you have to "maintain" is your personal information (address, phone, etc.). Everything else is updated for you automatically by our office, the insurance carriers, and NIPR.


Q:
What does PDB stand for?

A:
The Producer Database (PDB) is an electronic database consisting of information relating to insurance agents and brokers (producers). The PDB links participating state regulatory licensing systems into one common repository of producer information. The PDB also includes data from the Regulatory Information Retrieval System (RIRS) to provide a more comprehensive producer profile.


Q:
Do I have to answer the interview questions again? I've already done that.

A:
Yes, but this time it will only take you a few minutes and you only complete the information one time unless changes need to be made or to add an additional carrier. When requesting a new carrier appointment, simply click on the "Appointment Request" tab to do so. You may also, email or call Creative Marketing to request a new Carrier appointment. We moved to this solution to serve you in a much more efficient capacity. The contracting will be more accurate. This is truly a "one and done" process.


Q:
I just want to complete paper forms. Can I still do that with SureLC?

A:
Yes. CLICK HERE to download a pdf of all the questions. You can complete them, sign where indicated, and send it back to us (fax or email) along with a copy of your required documents, and we will input the information for you.
