to provide you, the agent, with the best benefits for growing your business and enhancing your success. What better way to show our appreciation for your hard work than rewarding you with quarterly cash bonuses based on your production level? Better yet, how about cash bonuses with no cap?!
We're excited to announce the launch of our new Accelerated Marketing Plan (AMP). Formerly known as PAC (the Producers Advantage Club), the all-new AMP offers you a cash reward each quarter based solely on your level of production. That's right – no more waiting a whole year to receive your check, and you won't have to rely on others' production to sweeten the pot.
This new plan was developed in an effort to provide you with timely rewards you can use throughout the year to supplement your marketing and strategic business needs. The flexibility of offering rewards in cash, rather than goods or points allocated to a menu of services, will allow you to use the money immediately, as needed, to boost sales and enjoy even greater success.
To begin taking advantage of all AMP can do for you, you must have $1 million of paid premium credits in four quarters (the three previous quarters plus the current quarter) and have a minimum of $500,000 of premium credits in the current quarter. You'll start earning your cash reward for every dollar of qualifying paid life and annuity premium during a calendar quarter. To explain it more simply, annuity credits are credited dollar for dollar of premium, and life credits are credited 10 times for target, one time for single and excess. You'll be automatically enrolled in the plan at all times, and missing a quarter has no effect on future checks.
